We work closely with the Youth Offending Service to support young people with anti-social or offending behaviour.
We are focused on helping and encouraging young people aged between 16-25 who have emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties to function independently and be an asset to society.
Our aim is to enable our young people to reach their full potential by employing a caring team of professional and passionate individuals as well as adopting proven and engaging programmes. Our talented team have experience in working with challenging and vulnerable young adults.
The wellbeing of each of our young people is paramount to us; we provide comfortable living environments of shared accommodation, along with tenancy support to help young people settle into a new home.
We find an appropriate, affordable property for each young person.
We stay in contact and visit regularly for the first six months.
We help young people settle into their new home, ensuring stability and continuity.
